Money Maker Agreement

This Agreement sets forth the terms under which: (a) 5BillionSales.com (“Company”) (either directly or through its affiliates) shall accept (b) you (“Money Maker”) as a free member upon completion of the registration form (“Registration Form”) with true and correct information about Money Maker. By submitting Registration Form, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and this shall constitute a binding agreement between the Company and Money Maker (the “Agreement”) and allow Money Maker to join (“Join”) to use this online business website known as 5BillionSales.com (“Business”). After joining, the Money Maker is the unique user of the account (“Account”) and assigned a chosen name ("Username"). You are only permitted to Join as a Money Maker once. Money Maker is restricted to the member holding page (“Money Maker”) to manage their account settings, logout, contact support and cancel account and delete data. Money Maker can upgrade from Money Maker by adding (“Adding”) services (“Services”) called (1) Sell Data, (2) Guaranteed Sales, and (3) Refer $ Earn, and each has an additional service agreement (“Service Agreement”). Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, change or modify this Agreement, and any policies or agreements which are incorporated herein, at any time, and such changes or modifications shall be effective immediately upon login after such changes or modifications have been made shall constitute your acceptance of this Agreement as last revised. If you do not agree to be bound by this Agreement as last revised, stop logging in and/or cancel account under clause 2. This Agreement is accepted each time Money Maker logs in.

Cost to join is free. Cost to upgrade to Sell Data is free. Cost to upgrade to Refer $ Earn is free. Cost to upgrade to Advertiser is the cost of a Standard Advert subject to Advertiser Terms.
Adding Services:
1. You understand and agree that you can upgrade from Money Maker by Adding Services to your Money Maker and each service added is governed by an additional Service Agreement being (1) Sell Data - Sell Data User Agreement, (2) Guaranteed Sales - Agreement to Advertising, and (3) Refer $ Earn - Refer $ Earn Affiliate Agreement.
Cancelation:
1. Money Maker can close their Account instantly at any time by clicking this link to delete the Account and all account data to include data from Adding Services: https://5billionsales.com/support/remove-account and upon deleting the Account cannot be reinstated by Money Maker or Company and all data remains permanently deleted.
2. If Money Maker upgraded by Adding Service/s it/they need to be canceled before closing Money Maker.
3. Adverts can be canceled within thirty (30) days after payment received and full refund made subject to terms. Full terms and conditions are available and must be accepted at time of order and also available for reference in the Advertiser back office after order.
4. Sell Data can be canceled anytime however upon cancelation all data and payment due for such data will be deleted. Full terms and conditions are available and must be accepted at time of Sell Data Profile submission and also available for reference in the Sell Data back office after Sell Data Profile submission.
Termination of Account and/or Access:
1. Money Maker can be blocked from logging in without liability to the Company, and/or Account/s deleted with data without liability to the Company, if Money Maker:
  1. Joins the Business using more than one Account.
  2. Creates a second Account.
  3. Uses an alias.
  4. Creates an Account for another person.
  5. Logs into more than one Account.
  6. Completed the Registration Form incorrectly.
  7. Does not complete KYC within seven (7) days.
  8. Fails KYC or fails to input their legal date of birth on their profile within seven (7) days after they Join.
  9. Does not log in to maintain Account and receive notifications each fourteen (14) days after they Join.
  10. Does not update their Money Maker profile with changes of name, address, country and telephone number within twenty-four (24) hours of change.
  11. Breaches a term/s of another Service Agreement being (1) Sell Data - Sell Data User Agreement, (2) Guaranteed Sales - Agreement to Advertising, and (3) Refer $ Earn - Refer $ Earn Affiliate Agreement.
  12. Abuses a member of support or management in any way verbally, chat, notification, email or any other form.
  13. Provides false information about themselves and/or to complete their profile or identity.
  14. Fails a security challenge that requires them to repeat any of the following registered profile details saved on their Account, (1) full name, (2) address (3) date of birth, (4) telephone number.
  15. Consistently logs in from a country that does not match their registered profile address.
  16. Uses a VPN to login and/or visit any page of this Business logged in and using a VPN.
  17. Tries to gain access to another Money Maker Account without permission of Money Maker.
  18. Abuses another Money Maker in any way verbally, chat, notification, email or any other form.
  19. Refers fake Money Maker.
  20. Offers payment or pays another Money Maker to register.
  21. Offers incentives to a person to cheat the system.
  22. Charges to help beat the system.
  23. Tries to cheat or cheats the system in any way.
  24. Encourages another person or entity to do one or more of the above.
2. Company may provide a recovery process for blocked accounts to recover Money Maker however this recovery service is optional subject to why Money Maker was blocked. Company may restrict recovery without liability or notice. Company can change the criteria for recovery at any time without providing a reason or notice. Company can refuse recovery at any time without providing a reason or notice.
3. Money Maker will receive no assistance to recover account if Money Maker fails Step 1 of recovery.
4. Money Maker cannot recover without passing KYC Step 3 of the recovery process.
Earnings:
1. Money Maker cannot earn from Business unless Money Maker has upgraded their Account by Adding Services under clause (1) and (2) of this Agreement.
Choice of Law:
1. This Agreement (and all non-contractual relationship arising out of or related to it) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
