If you do not receive the verification email to complete the join up process, you should check your junk and spam email.

Still no email? Well you cannot register again using the same email address for about 2 hours because it is active in the system however after a 2 hours your details are deleted and you can register using the same email address. 

If you cannot wait, then please use a different GMAIL address.

It is always best to use GMAIL and register on the registration form using GOOGLE.
